Psychotherapy

Sometimes certain behaviours, feelings or thoughts do not serve us well. They may have a negative impact on our life, health and relationships. Despite having some understanding of this, change can be difficult. Aspects of our personal history can repeat.  Psychotherapy can help identify the nature of such patterns bringing them into conscious focus. This awareness and other insights gained in a therapeutic relationship can help develop new thinking, feelings and behaviour. It can also be a great aid to ongoing growth and development.

Counselling

Counselling can help when you feel vulnerable or confused about a particular issue, or there is a problem you want to solve.  Counselling can help you focus on and facilitate a solution, develop coping strategies and new skills, increase awareness, resilience and understanding. It can help with anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, self-esteem, behaviour problem, difficult feelings, life changing events, work-related issues and existential crisis.   It can also be a great support during difficult times and circumstances
